Update for inventory check of biological material

FAMICORD GROUP UPDATE FOR CLIENTS WHOSE SAMPLES WERE TRANSPORTED TO WARSAW ON INVENTORY CHECK OF THEIR BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL

Dear Parents,

As you probably know, since several months FamiCord Group’s staff have been manually checking  Your samples one by one to be able to confirm sample status of clients who asked us to do that. Thanks to hard work we have already confirmed storage to several thousands of Clients. Unfortunately current pandemic situation does not help us to timely reply to all clients awaiting. Our processes slowed down and we are  not  able to finish it as planned - till the end of March. 

Please, be informed that as so far we have executed manual check more than 50 out of 55 cryotanks containing samples of the biological material which have been transported from Belgium, Switzerland and Germany and Portugal to our facility in Warsaw, where they are safely stored.

Due to our responsibility to ensure proper safety conditions for our laboratory staff as well as  for stored biological material under current special situation FamiCord Group would to like to inform that we do our best to finalize the manual check of remaining cryotanks till the end of June 2020. We would like to ensure that our laboratory works on routine daily basis with tightened security precautions for lab employees.

Clients whose samples have been transferred had been also contracted under other brands e.g.: Salveo, CrioCord, Sejtbank. All clients of those companies are also asked to register on https://www.famicordcryobank.ch/contact-for-clients-of-the-former-service-provider/check-your-sample.

FamiCord Group informs individually only clients, who registered on http://www.famicordcryobank.ch/ website, about the samples which have been identified. Then clients can continue storage with FamiCord  Group at no additional cost.
