• FOR PARENTS LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON PLACENTA TISSUE COLLECTED AT YOUR CHILD’S BIRTH
  
  Genico client’s placenta tissue was processed and temporary stored at Biocell Center Italia based on provisions of the agreement signed between the two companies in 2013. During 2017, the samples of Genico's clients, which were still in Biocell Center, were shipped together with the samples of Biocell Center Italia to Biocell Lugano SA (now FamiCord Suisse SA), which continued cooperation with Genico SA until March 2019.

• FOR PARENTS LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON CORD BLOOD AND/OR CORD TISSUE SAMPLES COLLECTED AT YOUR CHILD’S BIRTH
  
  In 2019 due to the closure of one of the stem cell banks in Europe, samples of cord blood and cord tissue of many clients from an array of countries has been transported to Central Laboratory of FamiCord Group in Warsaw in order to ensure the continuity of storage.
  
  FamiCord Group Laboratory in Warsaw holds accreditations of national and international authorities and institutions including but not limited to: AABB (former American Association of Blood Banks), ISO, TÜV, Ministry of Health, Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and a GMP certificate. FamiCord Group is a constantly growing bank, trusted by many clients from all over the world. FamiCord Group has a long history of material releases for transplants and stem cell treatments.   Between 2004 and 2012 Genico SA cooperated with the Swiss bank, which conducted preparation and storage of the biological material of Genico SA Clients as a subcontractor. When that Swiss bank closed, FamiCord Group Laboratory in Warsaw, as a backup storage provider, received some of that material belonging to Genico SA Clients.
  
  Recently Genico SA also ceased its business, being unable to ensure continuity of storage for their Clients.
  
  Due to the above the owners of the biological material should make a decision in regards to further storage of their children’s samples.

  We will analyze the data provided and inform you as soon as we identify one of your samples.
  
  For your convenience, we have prepared a dedicated version of the contract, for further storage of the biological material at FamiCord Group. We have made sure that the formalities are simple and limited to the minimum. You can sign the electronic agreement with our company by providing the data in below form:

  At the end of this process you will receive a confirmation of signing the agreement via email. You will also receive access to an online account, where you can log in to evaluate your personal and contact data and check the status of your payments.
  
  What is important, FamiCord Group honors payments you have previously settled in favor of Genico SA. This means the storage for you is free of charge for the duration of your previous contract with Genico SA. Nevertheless we need you to sign the agreement in order to keep the agreement in force and ensure the full access and decisiveness in regards to the material from a legal point of view.
