Humancell – Information for Clients
Basic Info
In 2024, Humancell ceased operations and signed an agreement with the FamiCord Group stating that all previous Humancell biological material will be safely stored at the FamiCord Group. Since Humancell no longer provides healthcare services, the customer contract with them has also become invalid. Considering that the FamiCord Group is not the legal successor of Humancell, in order to ensure that the legal situation of the valuable biological material is settled, please sign a new storage contract with the FamiCord Group under conditions that respect your rights arising from your previous contract and at the same time guarantee the long-term safe storage of the biological materials.
Continue storage of biological material with FamiCord Suisse
Your child’s biological material is safely stored in the FamiCord laboratory. If you wish to continue storing it for family purposes, we offer you to sign a direct contract with FamiCord Suisse. We guarantee that the payments you have made to Humancell will be honoured
If you would like to receive more information about your samples we would like to inform you that FamiCord hotline is open for you from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
