I’m a customer whose samples are stored under a back-up agreement between FamiCord Group and Cryo-Save AG in Liquidation with registered office in Pfäffikon, Switzerland (being the legal successor or responsible for storage of the samples of other companies like: Salveo, CrioCord, Sejtbank and more). Where is my biological material stored?
Containers with the biological material of customers whose samples are stored under a back-up agreement have been safely transported from facilities across Europe to one of the FamiCord Group laboratory located in Warsaw, Poland. This is a result of the biological material storage contract (“Back-up Agreement”) between FamiCord Group and Cryo-Save AG in Liquidation with registered office in Pfäffikon, Switzerland in February 2019.
In order to check whether your material is stored in FamiCord Group laboratory in Warsaw, please fill in the contact form - https://famicordcryobank.ch/contact-for-clients-with-samples-from-backup-agreement/ and please wait for our confirmation.
