Grazie al duro lavoro, abbiamo gi\u00e0 confermato la disponibilit\u00e0 a magazzino a diverse migliaia di clienti. Purtroppo, l&#039;attuale situazione pandemica non ci consente di rispondere tempestivamente a tutti i clienti in attesa. I nostri processi hanno subito un rallentamento e non siamo in grado di completarli come previsto, almeno fino alla fine di marzo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Si prega di notare che finora abbiamo eseguito controlli manuali su pi\u00f9 di 50 dei 55 contenitori criogenici contenenti campioni di materiale biologico trasportati dal Belgio, dalla Svizzera, dalla Germania e dal Portogallo alla nostra struttura di Varsavia, dove sono conservati in modo sicuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Data la nostra responsabilit\u00e0 di garantire adeguate condizioni di sicurezza per il personale di laboratorio e per il materiale biologico conservato nell&#039;attuale situazione speciale, il Gruppo FamiCord desidera informare che stiamo facendo del nostro meglio per ultimare il controllo manuale dei criotank rimanenti entro la fine di giugno 2020. Desideriamo garantire che il nostro laboratorio funzioni regolarmente ogni giorno con maggiori precauzioni di sicurezza per i dipendenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">I clienti i cui campioni sono stati trasferiti avevano stipulato contratti anche con altri marchi, ad esempio: Salveo, CrioCord, Sejtbank. Tutti i clienti di queste aziende sono inoltre invitati a registrarsi su&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/famicordcryobank.ch\/it\/contatto-per-i-clienti-dellex-fornitore-di-servizi\/controlla-il-tuo-campione\/\"><strong>https:\/\/www.famicordcryobank.ch\/contact-for-clients-of-the-former-service-provider\/check-your-sample<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Il Gruppo FamiCord informa individualmente solo i clienti che si sono registrati su&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/famicordcryobank.ch\/it\/\">http:\/\/www.famicordcryobank.ch\/<\/a>&nbsp;sito web, sui campioni identificati.
