This also applies to processing operations necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.<\/li>\n
  3. Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a\u00a0legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR and the corresponding provisions of the nFADP serves as the legal basis.<\/li>\n
