Ce processus a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en mai 2019 et s&#039;est achev\u00e9 en juillet 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Au total, nous avons v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 le mat\u00e9riel biologique stock\u00e9 dans 58 conteneurs de stockage (dont 55 fournis par un ancien prestataire). Il est important de noter que le mat\u00e9riel biologique pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 sur un enfant pouvait \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en huit parties cryoconserv\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentes (sous-unit\u00e9s). Chacune de ces sous-unit\u00e9s pouvait \u00eatre de type d&#039;emballage, de taille et de stockage diff\u00e9rents. Chaque \u00e9chantillon devait \u00eatre scann\u00e9 et compar\u00e9 aux donn\u00e9es clients dans notre base de donn\u00e9es. Tout cela a rendu notre travail extr\u00eamement difficile et chronophage. Il s&#039;agissait du plus grand projet de ce type au monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 plus de 800\u00a0000 sous-unit\u00e9s, nous pouvons confirmer, avec certaines r\u00e9serves, l&#039;\u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral acceptable du stock. Nous avons toutefois constat\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes concernant moins de 0,31\u00a0TP3T de sous-unit\u00e9s. La plupart des probl\u00e8mes identifi\u00e9s sont les suivants\u00a0: traces de mat\u00e9riel biologique sur la surface ext\u00e9rieure de l&#039;emballage, signes de dommages m\u00e9caniques de l&#039;emballage, absence d&#039;aliquotes de test avec l&#039;\u00e9chantillon principal. Tous ces probl\u00e8mes sont typiques de l&#039;inad\u00e9quation des m\u00e9thodes de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 et\/ou de cryoconservation utilis\u00e9es par l&#039;ancien prestataire. L&#039;ensemble du stock a \u00e9t\u00e9 accumul\u00e9 au cours de pr\u00e8s de 20\u00a0ans d&#039;activit\u00e9 de l&#039;ancien prestataire, p\u00e9riode durant laquelle l&#039;entreprise a utilis\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de cong\u00e9lation, de codage et d&#039;\u00e9tiquetage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">La qualit\u00e9 des dossiers \u00e9lectroniques et des informations relatives aux \u00e9chantillons fournis par l&#039;ancien prestataire de services \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s m\u00e9diocre. Nous avons n\u00e9anmoins r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 corriger manuellement la plupart de ces erreurs. Nous avons d\u00e9tect\u00e9 plus de 150\u00a0000 erreurs de donn\u00e9es (codage), que nous avons soigneusement v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es. Parmi les erreurs identifi\u00e9es, on peut citer\u00a0: le code de la sous-unit\u00e9 dans les donn\u00e9es \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent du code scann\u00e9, l&#039;emplacement incorrect des sous-unit\u00e9s, des chiffres\/signes suppl\u00e9mentaires ou manquants dans le code, et des fautes de frappe. Ces erreurs \u00e9lectroniques n&#039;ont toutefois pas affect\u00e9 les conditions de stockage des \u00e9chantillons, mais elles ont pu g\u00eaner leur recherche et leur utilisation en cas de besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Afin de r\u00e9aliser le processus de v\u00e9rification avec rapidit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cision, nous avons constitu\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes d\u00e9di\u00e9es, dirig\u00e9es par des professionnels de laboratoire. Au total, plus de 100 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9es, sans compter le personnel d\u00e9di\u00e9 du centre d&#039;appels et du service informatique. L&#039;ensemble du processus a \u00e9t\u00e9 supervis\u00e9 par des sp\u00e9cialistes du contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 et a fait l&#039;objet d&#039;un enregistrement vid\u00e9o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\"><strong>En conclusion, nous sommes en mesure de r\u00e9pondre aux familles avec beaucoup plus de confiance qu&#039;il y a un an quant \u00e0 la conservation de leurs \u00e9chantillons et \u00e0 leur lieu de stockage.
