MISE \u00c0 JOUR DU GROUPE FAMICORD POUR LES CLIENTS DONT LES \u00c9CHANTILLONS ONT \u00c9T\u00c9 TRANSPORT\u00c9S \u00c0 VARSOVIE SUR LE CONTR\u00d4LE DE L'INVENTAIRE DE LEUR MAT\u00c9RIEL BIOLOGIQUE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Chers parents,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comme vous le savez probablement, depuis plusieurs mois, l'\u00e9quipe du groupe FamiCord v\u00e9rifie manuellement vos \u00e9chantillons un par un afin de confirmer le statut des \u00e9chantillons des clients qui nous l'ont demand\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre travail acharn\u00e9, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 confirm\u00e9 le stockage de plusieurs milliers de clients. Malheureusement, la situation pand\u00e9mique actuelle ne nous permet pas de r\u00e9pondre rapidement \u00e0 tous les clients en attente. Nos processus ont ralenti et nous ne pouvons pas terminer le traitement comme pr\u00e9vu avant fin mars. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veuillez noter que jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, nous avons effectu\u00e9 un contr\u00f4le manuel sur plus de 50 des 55 cryotanks contenant des \u00e9chantillons de mat\u00e9riel biologique qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9s de Belgique, de Suisse, d'Allemagne et du Portugal vers notre \u00e9tablissement de Varsovie, o\u00f9 ils sont stock\u00e9s en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En raison de notre responsabilit\u00e9 d'assurer des conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quates pour notre personnel de laboratoire ainsi que pour le mat\u00e9riel biologique stock\u00e9 dans la situation particuli\u00e8re actuelle, le groupe FamiCord souhaite vous informer que nous faisons de notre mieux pour finaliser le contr\u00f4le manuel des cryotanks restants jusqu'\u00e0 fin juin 2020. Nous souhaitons nous assurer que notre laboratoire fonctionne quotidiennement avec des pr\u00e9cautions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9es pour les employ\u00e9s du laboratoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les clients dont les \u00e9chantillons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e9taient \u00e9galement sous contrat avec d'autres marques, telles que Salveo, CrioCord et Sejtbank. Tous les clients de ces entreprises sont \u00e9galement invit\u00e9s \u00e0 s'inscrire sur https:\/\/www.famicordcryobank.ch\/contact-for-clients-of-the-former-service-provider\/check-your-sample<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le groupe FamiCord informe individuellement uniquement les clients inscrits sur http:\/\/www.famicordcryobank.ch\/<\/a> Site web pr\u00e9sentant les \u00e9chantillons identifi\u00e9s. Les clients peuvent ensuite poursuivre le stockage aupr\u00e8s du Groupe FamiCord sans frais suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
