PBKM sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw (part of the FamiCord Group), would like to provide important information for clients of Nila Medica S.r.l. regarding the storage of biological material entrusted in connection with the birth of their children.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

\n\n Current Situation\n\n <\/h3>\n\n \n
\n

Under the agreement between Nila Medica S.r.l. and PBKM, PBKM has been providing biological material storage services for Nila Medica\u2019s clients since April 3, 2017. Unfortunately, since March 2023, invoices issued by PBKM to Nila Medica have remained unpaid, despite multiple reminders and proposals to resolve the issue. In connection with the above, on 20.01.2025 PBKM terminated the contract with Nila Medica for the storage of biological material of their clients.<\/p>\n

Due to the challenging financial situation of Nila Medica, the safety of the biological material entrusted for storage may be at risk.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
