{"id":3825,"date":"2020-09-08T14:56:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T12:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress-famicordcryobank-ch.empress.smarthost.pl\/o-nas\/zapytania-ofertowe\/\/\/"},"modified":"2025-09-12T15:26:32","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T13:26:32","slug":"finalizacion-de-la-primera-fase-de-la-verificacion-del-inventario-de-muestras-de-material-biologico-almacenadas-originalmente-por-el-antiguo-proveedor-de-servicios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/famicordcryobank.ch\/es\/completion-of-the-1st-phase-inventory-check-of-biological-material-samples-stored-originally-by-former-service-provider","title":{"rendered":"FINALIZACI\u00d3N DE LA PRIMERA FASE DE LA VERIFICACI\u00d3N DEL INVENTARIO DE MUESTRAS DE MATERIAL BIOL\u00d3GICO ALMACENADAS ORIGINALMENTE POR EL ANTERIOR PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Esta informaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dirigida a:<strong> <\/strong>clientes de Cryo-Save AG en liquidaci\u00f3n registrada en Churerstrasse 65B, CH-8808 Pf\u00e4ffikon, Suiza en relaci\u00f3n con la cual hemos sido autorizados como punto de contacto para los clientes del antiguo proveedor de servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">PBKM sp z oo, empresa matriz del Grupo FamiCord (\u201cFamiCord\u201d), es el banco de c\u00e9lulas madre familiar m\u00e1s grande de Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">En los a\u00f1os 2019 y 2020, muestras de casi todas las familias clientes del antiguo proveedor de servicios fueron trasladadas, de acuerdo con los requisitos t\u00e9cnicos y m\u00e9dicos, desde varias ubicaciones europeas a las instalaciones de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n en Varsovia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Para garantizar la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s precisa sobre las muestras, hemos iniciado la verificaci\u00f3n manual de todo el inventario. Este proceso comenz\u00f3 en mayo de 2019 y finaliz\u00f3 en julio de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">En total, hemos revisado el material biol\u00f3gico almacenado en 58 contenedores (de los cuales 55 fueron proporcionados por el anterior proveedor de servicios). Cabe mencionar que el material biol\u00f3gico recolectado de un ni\u00f1o podr\u00eda haberse dividido en hasta ocho partes criopreservadas (subunidades). Cada una de estas subunidades podr\u00eda tener un tipo de empaque y tama\u00f1o diferente, y estar ubicada en diferentes contenedores. Cada muestra tuvo que escanearse y compararse con los registros de los clientes en nuestra base de datos. Todo esto dificult\u00f3 enormemente nuestro trabajo y lo requiri\u00f3 de mucho tiempo. Fue el proyecto m\u00e1s grande de su tipo en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Tras revisar m\u00e1s de 800.000 subunidades, podemos confirmar con ciertas reservas el estado general aceptable del inventario. Sin embargo, hemos detectado algunos problemas con menos de 0,31 TP3T de subunidades. La mayor\u00eda de los problemas identificados son los siguientes: restos de material biol\u00f3gico en la superficie exterior del paquete, indicios de da\u00f1os mec\u00e1nicos en el paquete y falta de al\u00edcuotas de prueba con la muestra principal. Todos estos problemas son consecuencia t\u00edpica de un control de calidad o m\u00e9todos de criopreservaci\u00f3n inadecuados por parte del anterior proveedor de servicios. El inventario completo se acumul\u00f3 durante casi 20 a\u00f1os de actividad del anterior proveedor de servicios, per\u00edodo durante el cual la empresa emple\u00f3 diferentes metodolog\u00edas de congelaci\u00f3n, codificaci\u00f3n y etiquetado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">La calidad de los registros electr\u00f3nicos y la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con las muestras proporcionada por el anterior proveedor de servicios era muy deficiente. Sin embargo, logramos corregir la mayor\u00eda de estos errores manualmente. Encontramos m\u00e1s de 150.000 errores de codificaci\u00f3n de datos, los cuales revisamos exhaustivamente. Los errores identificados incluyen, entre otros: el c\u00f3digo de la subunidad en los datos era diferente del c\u00f3digo escaneado de la subunidad, la ubicaci\u00f3n incorrecta de las subunidades, n\u00fameros\/signos adicionales o faltantes en el c\u00f3digo, y errores tipogr\u00e1ficos. Si bien estos errores electr\u00f3nicos no afectaron las condiciones de almacenamiento de las muestras, podr\u00edan haber dificultado su b\u00fasqueda y uso cuando fuera necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Para realizar el proceso de verificaci\u00f3n de forma oportuna y precisa, hemos creado equipos dedicados, liderados por profesionales de laboratorio. En total, participaron m\u00e1s de 100 personas, sin contar el personal dedicado del centro de llamadas y de TI. Todo el proceso fue supervisado por especialistas en control de calidad y se grab\u00f3 en video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\"><strong>En conclusi\u00f3n, podemos responder a las familias con mucha m\u00e1s seguridad que hace un a\u00f1o sobre si tenemos sus muestras almacenadas y d\u00f3nde. Si los clientes ya completaron el formulario, les rogamos paciencia. Al mismo tiempo, consideramos necesario continuar con el proceso de verificaci\u00f3n de inventario, esta vez de forma que permita determinar con mayor precisi\u00f3n el estado de las muestras que a\u00fan no han sido confirmadas.
