UPDATE DER FAMICORD GROUP F\u00dcR KUNDEN, DEREN PROBEN ZUR INVENTARKONTROLLE IHRES BIOLOGISCHEN MATERIALS NACH WARSCHAU TRANSPORTIERT WURDEN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Liebe Eltern,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie Sie wahrscheinlich wissen, \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen die Mitarbeiter der FamiCord Group seit mehreren Monaten Ihre Proben einzeln manuell, um den Probenstatus der Kunden, die uns darum gebeten haben, best\u00e4tigen zu k\u00f6nnen. Dank harter Arbeit konnten wir bereits mehreren Tausend Kunden die Lagerung best\u00e4tigen. Leider ist es uns aufgrund der aktuellen Pandemie nicht m\u00f6glich, allen wartenden Kunden rechtzeitig zu antworten. Unsere Prozesse haben sich verlangsamt und wir k\u00f6nnen sie nicht wie geplant bis Ende M\u00e4rz abschlie\u00dfen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir bisher mehr als 50 von 55 Kryotanks mit Proben des biologischen Materials manuell \u00fcberpr\u00fcft haben, die aus Belgien, der Schweiz, Deutschland und Portugal zu unserer Einrichtung in Warschau transportiert wurden, wo sie sicher gelagert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aufgrund unserer Verantwortung, unter den gegenw\u00e4rtigen besonderen Umst\u00e4nden angemessene Sicherheitsbedingungen f\u00fcr unser Laborpersonal sowie f\u00fcr das gelagerte biologische Material zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, m\u00f6chte die FamiCord Group Sie dar\u00fcber informieren, dass wir unser Bestes tun, um die manuelle \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der verbleibenden Kryotanks bis Ende Juni 2020 abzuschlie\u00dfen. Wir m\u00f6chten sicherstellen, dass unser Labor t\u00e4glich routinem\u00e4\u00dfig mit versch\u00e4rften Sicherheitsvorkehrungen f\u00fcr die Labormitarbeiter arbeitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kunden, deren Proben \u00fcbertragen wurden, hatten auch Vertr\u00e4ge mit anderen Marken, z. B. Salveo, CrioCord, Sejtbank.
