I’m a customer whose samples are stored under a back-up agreement between FamiCord Group and CryoSave AG in Liquidation with registered office in Pfäffikon, Switzerland (also known under names Salveo/CrioCord/Sejtbank) Customer. Where is my biological material stored?

Containers with the biological material of about 99% of customers whose samples are stored under a back-up agreement have been safely transported from local facilities to one of the FamiCord Group laboratory located in Warsaw, as a result of the biological material storage contract (back up agreement) between FamiCord Group and CryoSave AG in Liquidation with registered office in Pfäffikon, Switzerland in February 2019 and the mutual agreement concluded in the first quarter 2020 between FamiCord Group and BIOSCKIN.
